Any and all items returned to JC Video for service or repair must be accompanied by a letter of explantation; including contact information. Any repair items received without a letter of explanation will be tested and returned unrepaired if JC Video is not contacted with in 7 days of receipt of the item.

The diagnostics fee for all camcorder repairs is $55.00 and all computer repairs is $75.00. These fees are not refundable; however may be credited or applied to the total repair bill if  repair services are equal to or greater than $250.00. This is at the sole discretion of JC Video.
