All returns require a return authorization (RA) number prior to shipping, to insure proper handling of your return.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS OTHERWISE / PREVIOUSLY APPROVED IN WRITING FROM JC VIDEO. APPROVED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE AND REQUIRES AN RMA# PRIOR TO SHIPPING. No returns on custom orders, no returns what so ever after 7 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted by JC Video Systems only if the following conditions are met (*below). A 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. JC Video is not responsible for any shipping charges for merchandise being returned. Credit card discount fees are not refundable, min 2.5% for Visa MC and 3.5% for AX. JC Video highly recommends damage insurance on all items, proper packaging requirements are required for insurance to be in effect. The customer is fully responsable insurance and for any damage to the equipment. JC Video maintains the highest standards in quality control. Every component is tested individually and collectively to insure proper function. Products that are Damaged in shipping do not consitute grounds for refund. Products, found defective or damaged upon receipt, may be returned for exchange however JC Video reserves the right and sole descretion to exchange, repair in house, at customers facility, or submit for warranty service from the manufacturer of the item at the expense of JC Video on all new merchandise.
ALL CUSTOM orders are final, in the even that JC Video offers the option for the equipment to be returned a 30% restocking fee will apply and is only available if the equipment is shipped for return with 7 days. Custom orders include any alternate internal changes to our standard systems ie, Ram, CPU, Hard Drive Size. Sunlight readable systems. All Studio Systems
are considered custom orders. Any refund on CUSTOM orders is given at the SOLE discretion of JC VIDEO
*All returns must include the original factory box and packaging (foam, plastic wrappings, etc.) and all instruction booklets and paperwork.
*All returns must be in original mint and clean condition. Return on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accecpted and will be returned to the customer.
*All returns must include all factory accessories. For example, a camcorder must be returned with its original battery, charger, memory, straps, etc. No returns will be accepted if any packed accessories are missing.
*All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Department. Call for authorization number and instructions prior to shipping any merchandise. Enclose the original receipt or copy of it with your return. Also enclose a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned.
Returned merchandise, which is lost or damaged in transit, is the responsibility of the customer and the carrier'. It is the buyer's responsibility to file claims with the carrier upon discovery of the problem.
Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturer and not by JC Video unless otherwise indicated by the receipt or arranged through JC Video.

Any software purchases that has had a serial number issued or been registered or licensed cannot be returned for any reason.
