Update Instructions to Digital Mirror or StrikeZone Ultimate 5.XX

To minimize the need for technical support, please follow these directions.  Make sure you have a valid active internet connection.

Remove the current version of software:

• START menu, select ‘Control Panel’
• Add/Remove Programs
• Locate and select the current JC Video Software version
• REMOVE all versions if you have more than one installed
• Restart your computer
• DO NOT WORRY, YOUR DATABASE WILL NOT BE AFFECTED

Download and install the latest version:

• Go to the software downloads page on www.jcvideo.com
• Select ‘Software Downloads’ from the Software menu
• Select the link for the appropriate version of software (Golf or Baseball, Personal or Professional)
• Save the installer package to your computers hard drive (My Documents, or Desktop)
• Locate the installer package on your hard drive (My Documents or Desktop) and double click
• Follow the directions in the Windows Installer Wizard that will autorun (next, next, I agree, etc…)
• Register the Software (The software can be run in a Demonstration mode for 10 days before registration is required)

If you are asked to register contact JC Video:

• Send an email to support@jcvideo.com or sales@jcvideo.com
• Once the update is complete and verified you will receive your serial number via email
• Register on-line using your serial number
• Enter the required information in the registration page
• Select register
• Be patient, registration can take up to 2 minutes
• You will be notified once your software has been successfully registered
