Steps to install the JC Video Online Toolbox:

1. Go to http://www.jcvideo.com/vj.exe to install part one of the toolbox.  When prompted, click "Run" to download and install the software.
    
2. Go to http://www.jcvideo.com/toolbox.zip and save the file to your desktop when prompted.  Unzip the contents to a new folder, then double-click Setup.exe.  If your computer has not yet been updated with the latest .NET framework, it will prompt you to install this before you can install the Toolbox.  This can be a lengthy install and will require a restart of your compter.
    
3. Shortcuts to the Toolbox should be in your Start Menu, as well as on the Desktop.  You can also launch the Toolbox by recording a voiceover in the JC Video Motion Analysis Software and selecting "Upload to Web" before recording.
